MOVEMENT ADJUSTMENTS…
T2B: We can sub Hanging Knee Raises for athletes that cannot perform T2B, or V-Ups for athletes that cannot hang from the bar today.
Power Snatch: For athletes that cannot go overhead, we can sub Power Cleans.
OHS: For athletes that cannot go overhead, we can sub Front Squats (note: this is also a great option for those athletes still working on that mobility and stability overhead if it’s not quite there to do under fatigue yet!)
Run/Mountain Climbers: for athletes that cannot perform the 100m Sprint or the Mountain Climbers, we can sub Bike (5-8 Cal).
