During Gainz Lab you will master technique of basic lifts and their variations in order to maximize results!

Our Gainz Lab course runs for 8 weeks, and is only two sessions per week! That’s right, more gainz in just 2 sessions a week!
This course will start on the June 21st and runs on Tuesdays at 7pm and Thursdays at 7:30pm.

1. Go to Clipper City. Or email Matt@clippercitycrossfit.com
2. Walk over to whiteboard.
3. Write your details.
4. You will be charged $100(for members) or $150 (for non-members)
5. You’ll then receive an email from me with more details about the course!

By the way, this course is limited to ONLY 12 ATHLETES, so it will sell out. Don’t take a chance with your strength gainz and sign up ASAP!
