At your free first class — Intro to HYROX — you'll learn the race format, get your questions answered, and complete the official HYROX Physical Fitness Test (PFT), the same benchmark used by HYROX athletes worldwide.

What You Get, Every Time

  • 1 Fundamentals class per week, for 8 weeks — one station (or station pairing) at a time, taught by HYROX-experienced coaches
  • An at-home running program to build your aerobic base across the 8 weeks
  • Flexible make-up sessions — miss a class for travel, illness, or anything else? Attend the same session at one of our other two locations. Sessions are staggered so a make-up is always available.
  • A community of athletes at every level, all working toward the same finish line

The path

How It Works

  1. Reserve your free Class 1 spot at your preferred location — no credit card, no commitment.
  2. Show up, complete the PFT, and meet the community.
  3. Choose Tier 1 or Tier 2 and start your 8-week Fundamentals journey.
  4. Train weekly, follow your running program, and build station by station.
  5. Retest your PFT and take on the HalfROX Race Sim in the final weeks.
  6. Cross the finish line — and get special pricing on an ongoing HYROX membership.

After the Workshop

Workshop graduates are offered special pricing on an ongoing HYROX membership at their home location — including entry to future Sim events. Details shared at your final session.
