Fundamentals + Full Access

What You Get, Every Time
- 1 Fundamentals class per week, for 8 weeks — one station (or station pairing) at a time, taught by HYROX-experienced coaches
- An at-home running program to build your aerobic base across the 8 weeks
- Flexible make-up sessions — miss a class for travel, illness, or anything else? Attend the same session at one of our other two locations. Sessions are staggered so a make-up is always available.

How It Works

- Show up, complete the PFT, and meet the community.
- Choose Tier 1 or Tier 2 and start your 8-week Fundamentals journey.
- Train weekly, follow your running program, and build station by station.
- Retest your PFT and take on the HalfROX Race Sim in the final weeks.
- Cross the finish line — and get special pricing on an ongoing HYROX membership.
After the Workshop
Workshop graduates are offered special pricing on an ongoing HYROX membership at their home location — including entry to future Sim events. Details shared at your final session.
